Refund policy

Shipping:

All paintings will be shipped and packed professionally. In order to protect your paintings I will personally pack them with great care using quality packing materials.

Orders ship within 7 business days after I receive your payment unless otherwise noted.

Returns:

Due to the complexities of shipping original artwork, exchanges and refunds are NOT accepted. Each purchase is final. If damaged during shipping, please contact me within 3 days of receipt and I will do my best to come up with a solution.

My goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are interested and would like additional photos, please email me PRIOR to to your purchase and I will provide those for you.

Colors may vary from screen to screen. Please be sure you are satisfied with the painting before you purchase it.

Returns and exchanges for custom orders are not available.

Cancellations:

I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The purchase of my original art, prints or any other item with my design, does not transfer reproduction rights of my work to you. Copyright remains with the artist. All art, photographs, and images are copyright © by Michelle Ware. The use of any image from this site is prohibited unless prior written permission from the artist is obtained.
